Error reported by puppet apply

This is the first time I am attempting to install PT 8.56 (using PT 8.56.05) or any version using DPKs.

I ran the setup (on a new, clean server) with:

psft-dpk-setup.bat --env_type midtier --deploy_only --deploy_type all

and stopped the installation to customize using a psft_customizations.yaml file.

I get the following error when I attempt run the puppet apply command:

Error: Evaluation Error: Error while evaluating a Function Call, (<unknown>): did not find expected key while parsing a block mapping at line 2 column 1 at <BASE_DIR>/dpk/puppet/production/modules/pt_profile/manifests/pt_tools_deployment.pp:33:34 on node <server node>
