PUM 24 Error

We are seeing the following error trying to run the step to Copying ADS-MO Project To File on an 'Apply All' PUM 24 PeopleSoft package on 9.2 Tools 8.55.  We will get a case open but that takes some time to get going.  Any ideas for us?
