BWC - Additional Contract Template 2
During the authoring of a procurement document, the contract template can be added, dropped, or replaced. Once the document is approved, the contract template cannot be added, dropped, or replaced.
In Buyer Work Center (BWC), I select the PO, click Update, Select action "Update Contract Terms", then select action "Update Contract Details".
There is an option for "Additional Contract Template" with a note that "Applying this template will add clauses and deliverables to the existing terms.
When I add the 2nd template and go to Contract Expert, the additional contract template rules/questions are not being applied. To check if my 2nd template was added, I go back tot "Update Contract Details" and the field Additional Contract Template is blank.
