Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. cannot locate any change packages in the download directory when trying to apply updPRJ26981917

Following people books instructions and I get this error.

cannot locate any change packages in the download directory

I am trying to get these pre requisites into the PUM image 24

I am trying to apply updPRJ26981917 to my PUM 24 image and I get the above error.

I am using change assistant 8.56.03 as instructed. as we used all this to get PROD up to PUM 24. which was done successfully.

I am following the instructions from the people books

"Apply Downloaded PeopleSoft release Patch set to PeopleSoft Image"
