Issue with calling GetPropertyByName on an ApiObject error in HR_CIPUSH.ciHelper.OnExecute Name:Find

We have two separate issues with the GetPropertyByName on an API on the HR_CIPUSH.ciHelper Name:FindCollection.

The first occurs when we are trying to rehire a Contingent worker through Smart HR. Error: Error calling method GetPropertyByName on an APIObject of Class HCR_JOB_DATA_SRV: API error code 1 (1,822) HR_CIPUSH.ciHelper.Onexecute Name: FindCollection PCP3555 Statement: 762. 

The second is happening when users are trying to edit their phone numbers on Personal Details > Contact Information.  Error: Error calling method GetPropertyByName on an APIOBject of class CI_PERSONAL_DATA: API error code 1. HR_CIPUSH.ciHelper.On Execute Name:FindCollection PCPC:36555 Statement 762.
