Close Manager Task Predecessors Open Immiedetly Once First Task is Complete

Hello,

I am on FCM version 11.1.2.4.201.  I am testing the use of predecessor tasks.  My predecessor task is set to finish to start, lets call it task B.  The task before it is a manual task, lets call it task A.  I am having an issue if task A is completed early, Task B does not automatically run until the date and time originally set on task A is met.   I have set up task B with a very early due date but it is overwritten with task A's due date and time.   I am attaching a word document with
