Workflow Local User Role

Hi All,

One FND user account was accidentally terminated and it appears to be restored next day. This user was not receiving workflow approval notifications including on Oracle EBS Home page center panel in Oracle EBS R12.2 version. This is happening only to this account user.

When investigated I found that WF_Role table column ORIG_SYSTEM missing entry records for 'FND_USER' and 'WF_LOCAL_USERS'. It appears to me that when user account was reactivated the entry was not auto created a role in workflow user roles. Though I see entry record for 'PER' and 'HZ_PARTY'.

Please help it is some urgent issue in client producton instance.
