Restore OAM Environment : OAM 11g DB crashed, dont have DB backup.

Hi Techies,

Recently, OAM 11g DB schema crashed, (OAM Application Server installation is exists). Not able to access OAM console as DB got crashed.

To restore environment, would seeking direction.

1) If create DB instance with same old name and use RCA to create OAM Meta data schema in the instance.

or

2) Need perform completely new installation along with DB instance and Application server.
