Finding a record/table behind a form/page

Dear All.

We are using PSFSCM 9.2 with PT8.53 and no image. Could anyone guide me how to locate/find a table behind a form. What my problem statement is I used to search for the record by first finding the page and than I open that page in application designer and drill down to find the record/table name. Kindly guide if there's any other easy way out to achieve the same target i.e. where the information is saved field name or table name or record name.

Also, currently I'm facing with the issue to find the table/record behind the add comment link review below screenshot on the add/update purchase order page. As working through the same phenomena as explained in para-1 I end up with some table/record name wrk1 or wrk2 don't remember exactly but it does have a suffix of wrk.. but unable to find any table/record with such name in the sql server of ours. Kindly guide.

Howdy, Stranger!
