Creation of Saved Search for another User

Dear All

We are using PSFSCM 9-2 PT 8.53 with no image update. Kindly guide how to create a saved search criteria for another user.

Is it possible to create a saved search criteria from VP1/administrative privilege to create a saved search criteria for another ID, i.e. not after login/password with that particular ID. e.g. Creating a saved search criteria for Mr. A with VP1/Admin privilege and not by login into system with Mr. A ID.
