Dependent compensation plan between resources
I have a requirement where commission of a manager dependent on the performance of its sub-ordinates. To be more precise, if 50% of the team achieves 70% achievement in a period, only then the manager is eligible for commission. How such a scenario can be handled in OIC?
There is also another similar scenario where the transactions come in with shop_id. Incentive for a month is calculated for a shop. Later with another logic, we need to distribute the commission within Resources of that shop.
