ESSO Password Reset Server - Problem installing for component permissions

in Identity Management (MOSC) Question

Hi all, I am trying to install ESSO PR 11.1.2.3 on a Windows 2012, which is a member server for some domain, it is not a domain controller.

I followed all steps for installing. but when configuring components on IIS, there is a table that is not too much understable (at least for who does not have too much experience with iis).

I found a note on MOS that details a little more about this part of configuration, I repeated steps there. But I don't know how to do with digest or windows authentication, for each virtual directory.
