how to formatted content item - message

Hello,

I am preparing invoice template in BPA (copiied seeded template and modified.), in that i am create new content item for message. (address)

issue when when i type in content item message box , it is showing in print out in single line , it is not getting seperated by enter to next line.

like below i am entering in content item message box

P.O.1299

Lake central tower

business bay

UAE

but in output

it is showing in single line

P.O.1299,Lake central tower,business bay,UAE

And second question

is there any way to use our own custom template and pull information from database?
