Has anyone encountered performance issues in MSSQL 2014 or MSSQL 2016 with numerous sp_describe_first_result_set (sp_cursorprepare) executions as described in Bug 27274783 ()?

Peopletools 8.55.19 FSCM 9.1/HCM9.2 SQL Server 2014 64-bit; Windows Server 2012 64-bit
