How to calculate PO cost without ELC ?

SYSTEM_OPTIONS.ELC_IND = 'Y'  in this case. So PO cost will include the ELC cost as well . Is there anyway we can get the PO cost without ELC?

in Version 15,  TRAN_DATA contains a column TOTAL_COST_EXCL_ELC .  Data Model says

This field contains the transaction cost

exclusive of Estimate Landed Cost for the

Purchases transaction (Transaction Code -

20).

but tran data history does not got this column.
