Order of product installs for new install of 12.2.1.3 OID, OAM, OIG?

I'm doing a fresh install of 12.2.1.3 OID, OAM, and OIG and am confused with the order of installing OAM or OIG.

The database and OID have already been installed/configured and are functioning properly.

I downloaded the Quick Install of OIG and have already built the OAM and OIG (and related) schemas using the RCU.

I'm at the point where I need to do the config steps for OIG and OAM.

Should I configure OAM and get it running first?  OIG will be configured with OAM for things like "Forgot password" ...etc

Please advise....
