Error Message: 3835: Error '-20002 - ORA-20002: 2018: Unable to generate the notification XML. Cause

Hi Team,

The workflow progressed all the way till the end but the status and activity still remains in error Analysis need to be done on why they failed and also on fixing the error

Error Message: 3835: Error '-20002 - ORA-20002: 2018: Unable to generate

the notification XML. Caused by: 2020: Error when getting notification content.

3144: Commit happened while processing activity  --> error coming for different custom activities

Can any one  suggest on this above error.
