DISA Check Firewall Settings

Hello,

Lately i am having an issue with DISA on Windows 10 machines. When user tries to edit a document connection to DISA fails and following message pops up on browser. 

Message from webpage

Cannot communicate with Desktop Integration  Siebel Agent!

Please check firewall settings of your machine and make sure it can connect to Siebel Server (SBL-UIJ-52896)

This issue doesn't occur all the time.

Any tips?

I have tried adding an environment variable JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS with value -Djsse.enableSNIExtension=false
