Classic Plus setting in PeopleTools 8.56

Trying to find out when Oracle delivers PeopleTools with the Classic Plus (i.e. Fluid Like theme for Classic) turned ON as the default.

In Tools 8.56.04 it is not turned on at the global level,  I have heard that it gets turned on by default in Tools 8.56.05 or 8.56.06.  I need to know this as we are going to be going from 8.56.04 to 8.56.05.

Navigation: PeopleTools
> Portal > Branding > Branding System Options

Select Theme Style
Type  as 'Fluid like theme for Classic'
