Missing Supplier records when we upgrade from EBS 12.1.3 to Release EBS 12.2.7 & not sure why???

Dear Oracle iProcurement, Purchasing and Oracle Supplier Guru:

We are in a process of upgrade from Oracle EBS release 12.1.3 to  EBS Release 12.2.7

This is our 2nd instance of EBS 12.2.7 upgrade that we implemented so far.

We have about 60,000 supplier record in our EBS 12.1.3 application. About few thousands of them have supplier type of Employee and the rest have Supplier type Supplier.

After upgrading to release 12.2.7 we are unable to see all our suppliers that are exists in our 12.1.3 but not in upgrade EBS 12.2.7 instance. We are not able searching and finding most of our supplier records in our new release of EBS 12.2.7 Supplier search screen. Also we are unable to see them in our AP invoice screen.
