Stock count Upload Batch in RMS V14.x

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

I would like to understand the right place/time to run stkupld (Stock count upload) batch in RMS V14.x where we have integration with SIM. The stock count files from thirdparty (RGIS) will come to SIM and are imported in the nightly batch and SIM creates Stock count files for RM. But Stockcount upload job in RMS runs only in the next nightly batch, so there is a gap between when these files are imported into SIM and when imported in RMS. There can be other transactions that happens during the day which could impact stock on hand and these transactions
