1099 Release Notes for 2017

Is there a word document listing details pertaining patches delivered in the PeopleSoft Release Patchset 26761256 of 1099 Update for 2017 or other related bug fixes?

The HCM Payroll for North America patch inventory for PeopleSoft updates provides details for the patch numbers and updates impact on COBOL Programs, SQR/SQC Programs, Database Objects, Scripts, or other items. I am inquiring to see if this is also available for FSCM Accounts Payable/Supplier 1099 annual processing. Noted below is a screenshot of the HCM Payroll for North America patchset release notes for W2 processing.
