Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We need to create a payment file for direct debit collection in Norway

oracle ISO standard xml format is not allowable, has anyone any experience in making a csv file to do this?
