SSO error after working fine one month

Hi,

Since a couple months ago we are working with PBCS also we enabled SSO in November. The users could access with their corporative account without any problem until last month (aprox at the beginning of December) when an Oracle Access Manager error showed (see attached image). However, after several reconfiguration attempts, SSO started to work again correctly

One month later from the last reconfiguration, 10 days ago aprox, users could not access and the same Oracle Access Manager error showed again. A new SSO reconfiguration was applied and now is working again.

We have been working with IT team and they assure there was no changes in Azure. Additionally, we are tracking connection messages with Azure and they receive login requests, all these requests are accepted and sent them to PBCS with the access confirmation message.
