Interaction Hub fix is not provided for CVE-2017-10301

Review of the most recent CPU (January 2018) information for PeopleSoft applications identifies CVE-2017-10301 as a risk for PeopleSoft Enterprise PRTL Interaction Hub v9.1. This risk is identified in the Oracle PeopleSoft Products Risk Matrix, but a fix does not seem to be included in the PeopleSoft Enterprise Applications January 2018 Critical Patch Update Knowledge Document ( Doc ID 2349368.1 ). Anyone have information regarding why this is currently missing from the knowledge doc?
