Can we configure the header part of Spreadsheet journal upload template in PSFT FSCM GL 9.2

Can we add some fields in the journal header part of Spreadsheet Journal Upload template (GL 9.2). If yes, can someone please explain how to do it. I mean I want to add some fields beside the "Description" field in journal header part.
