GST Item Classification Form issue

PROBLEM

There is issue exists in form and cannot query reporting code which  already defined;

Summary of Issues:

1. Reporting code defined but cannot be queried (Shows as blank);

2. HSN/SAC Code shows duplicate in item classification UI.

Navigation :  Oracle Financials India >  Item Definition >   Define item Classification,

Issue is occured, after definiing the items , shows duplicate reporting codes example tax registration number twice.

Ïssue is occured , while querying the existing records under reporting codes (Tab), taking longer time indefinitely.

CAUSE

The Item/Template Attribute Registration shows two lines for Tax Determination     But this appears only to be a setup and does not seem to affect the actual
