Oracle Payable Payment Amount is Showing Zero Amount even Actual Paid Amount is 100,000 Rs.

We entered Prepayment Invoice Amount 100,000/= and paid Full amount. But when we search this same transaction in Payment transaction then there it is showing on Zero Amount in Amount filed and in payment overview is also showing Zero amount in Amount Filed. Currently Transaction is in negotiable status but when we go to clear this transaction in Cash Management then there it is also showing Zero value.

Can anybody help why it is happening and how we can resolve this issue?
