Can I copy PeopleSoft home directories from RHEL5 to RHEL7 host or reinstall?

Hi,

We are moving our PIA server from RHEL5 host  to RHEL7 host.

I'm wondering if I can just copy all the PS_HOME, PS_APP_HOME and PS_CFG_HOME directories from our current RHEL5 host to the new RHEL7 host ? Or do I have to reinstall everything on the new RHEL7 server?
