unable to install the HR PUM image 25 on Native OS , uninstalled the old pum and trying to install the new one and getting the below error . is any one could help. Thank you.

Verifying if Puppet Software is Installed:

Invalid Puppet version or left-over directory and registry key exist. Please refer the log for details.

Exiting the PeopleSoft environment setup process.
