Change Assistant can not run two different PeopleTools 8.49 and 8.54

We are having a problem to configure the Change Assistant to point and run two different PeopleTools 8.49 and 8.54.

PeopleTools 8.54 installation specifies that we need a 64 bit connectivity, Current PeopleTools 8.49 is only working with  11g 32 bit, so the two Peopletools can not have the same Oracle client, what is the solution, when configuring the Change Assistant Database, if I change my Oracle_Home environment variable to point to 64-bit Oracle client then the PeopleTools 8.49 environment does not work, it works if I point the Oracle_Home to 32-bit Oracle client, then if I do this change the PeopleTools 8.54 Change Assistant stop working .
