FSCM 9.1 - EXPN Payments not appearing in Payment Inquiry Search after FMS Bundle #41 applied

After applying FSM Bundle #41 users are no longer able to see payments with a SOURCE_TXN = EXPN in Payment Search (Accounts Payable > Review Accounts Payable Info > Payments > Payment).

Prior to applying Bundle #41 users could see payments with Source = EXPN

After applying Bundle #41 users could only see payments with Source = VCHR

Has anyone else had this issue, know what changed, or has a solution for similar issue?
