Missing ps_patch.jar File on 8.55.21

Hello -

We are migrating from 8.55.19 to 8.55.21 and are having some problems.  Upon investigation, we have noticed that the ps_patch.jar file is missing from 8.55.21 in this directory:


$PIA_HOME/lib/

If you have patched to 8.55.20 or 8.55.21, can you please confirm you have this jar file?  Also, does anyone know the purpose of this file?
