9.2 upgrade UPTCUST copy to Demo failing on Portal Registry

The Change assistant step failed with:

System Error : Portal Registry StructuresCUSTOMERCADMN_S201101121137297911008026 (62,16)

We don't use the CUSTOMER portal. Following doc 662880.1, I looked in the upgrade tabs and this structure wasn't checked, because it was 'same' 'same',  but others were checked to update for CUSTOMER. I unchecked all and re-ran the step and failed with the same error.

My question is, how do I move on from this point? What do I have to do other than re-running the step?
