Automatically refresh tree selector tables

Hi all,

We have some 10-15 trees that are used by nVision processes. When a node (such as a Department) is added, the new node does not appear in the tree selector tables, thereby resulting in them being excluded from the report.

Has anyone tried implementing an automated process to refresh tree selector tables? or a Custom process that business can run after making changes to a tree to ensure new nodes are reflected in tree selector tables?

We're currently on PeopleSoft FSCM 9.1 with PeopleTools 8.53.

Any pointers on how to proceed would be much appreciated!
