can seeded strategies be disabled?

Good morning,

I would like to diable some Collections strategies already seeded in Oracle ebs r12.1.3. Whenever I try to do it by switching the field Enabled from "Yes" to "No", I am pushed out of the session and I get an error message saying that I should contact my System Administrator.

Does this mean that it's not allowed to disable what is seeded?
