Can I delete (cancel) a PO revision?

Hi

Here is the situation, we have a buyer who modified a PO then realized that he should not change that PO. Now the PO is at revision 3 but we would like to return to the revision number 2.

We can't send the PO for approval because the line where the change was made is linked to a closed BPA.

Is it possible to do it? If so, how do we do it?
