User are geting emails for approval on line basis instead of header level

Hi,

In the approval process setup we have set the notification for journals to be on header but still users are getting email for journal approval for each line. We recently upgraded from 9.1 to 9.2 but brought these systems as it is.

When we are going to approval process setup page its giving notice as "Push Notification configuration is incomplete. Please complete your system administrator to complete the configuration".

Is there any more configuration needed to setup the email notification at header level.
