RIB FIlEIO Error

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) READ-ONLY Question

Hi,

We have deployed RIB FILEIO tool on version 16 environment. When we publish any message from RMS it give below error.

Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: Fatal Error while calling remote Ejb (Class).

This may be due to ANY one of these reasons

[1]. JNDI configuration may be incorrect please check the file (retail/remote_service_locator_info_*.xml).

[2]. Remote application or the Hosting app server may be down.

[3]. Network connectivity failure.
