why not all strategies are availble for change?

Good afternoon,

I have the following issue in Advanced Collections: If I want to manually change a strategy assigned to a delinquency, the strategies available are not all the ones I configured.

I created 3 strategy templates, all enabled, containing 6 strategies each also all enabled.

These strategies are not assigned to any Operating Unit, they have type "Delinquent" and are set at delinquency level.

Also, when I run the concurrent programs "IEX: Scoring Engine Harness" and then "IEX: Strategy Management", I don't give any OU as input parameter.

Why do I see only the strategies of one template and not of all of them?
