Exporting and Importing PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) Scripts

Is there a good way to pull scripts from one environment to another? For instance, in FSCM there are delivered scripts in Image 20 and beyond. Is there a way to pull those scripts into an environment that's on an earlier image? If so, how?
