PTF scripts on 8.56 - losing page header navigation bar.

We have upgraded our PTF scripts from 8.53 to 8.56.  When running these scripts, after navigating to the component we are losing page header navigation bar.  Has any one else experienced this issue? If so what is the resolution?

We are on FSCM 9.2 PI25/ PeopleTools 8.56.04.
