Issue with Collections workbench

Hello Gurus,

We are on R12.2.4. In the below Collections workbench, if i enter the customer name and then tab out, why does not system pull the required information? Users are forced to click on 3 dots (i.e. ....) in Organization field and then enter the customer name and then click on ok to pull the required information.
