Deploy PT8.56.06 on Windows 2012

I am trying to deploy PT8.56.06 on Windows 2012, running: "C:\Program Files\Puppet Labs\Puppet\bin\puppet.bat" apply --confdir=D:\app\oracle\psft\dpk\puppet site.pp --debug --trace

This results in the following error:  Error: Evaluation Error: Error while evaluating a Function Call, Could not find class ::pt_role::pt_tools_prcs for ms-psfile0.ad.csir.co.za at /app/oracle/psft/dpk/puppet/production/manifests/site.pp:22:3 on node ms-psfile0.ad.csir.co.za

Any suggestions how to fix this will be welcome.
