Germany local fiscal authorities require to upload XML VAT reports in their ELSTER platform

We have several legal entities based in Germany and the local fiscal authorities require to upload an XML file in their ELSTER platform. This XML report is not delivered out-of-the-box although it is a legal requirement.

Can we expect Oracle to develop this XML tax report ?

There was already a request raised in 9.1 https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/BugDisplay?_afrLoop=275282290631842&parent=DOCUMENT&sourceId=1580767.1&id=1739161…  but this never happened to be delivered.
