After OAF Application Deployment: changes are reflecting on some machines and not all.

Oracle EBS : 12.1.3

JDeveloper ver : 10.1.3.5.0.3

I have done some changes on OTL(hxc) recent timecard page, changes have been done on VO object and VOImp class files.

Both these files have been placed on server on the desired location but the changes are reflecting only on some machines and

on those machine one browser is reflecting the desired changes and on other they are not reflecting.

Please provide your input, so that I can resolve my issues.
