context-sensitive help, FSCM92/PT8.55

At the bottom of the PeopleSoft Hosted Online Help page, there is a document for setting up context-sensitive help --> https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E17566_01/epm91pbr0/eng/psbooks/pdfs/EnablingtheHelpLinkfromApplicationPages.pdf

I identified the UlinkID values for FSCM9.2.023 (fscm92pbr12) and PT8.55 (pt855pbr1), and set the help url value to http://www.oracle.com/pls/topic/lookup?id=%CONTEXT_ID%&ctx=fscm92pbr12&ctx=pt855pbr1 on the web profile page.

This worked for a few days, but then users started reporting 404 messages when using help on FSCM pages.  I modified the UlinkID to point to FSCM9.2 image 24 (fscm92pbr13), bounced the web server, but received the same 404 message.  I changed the UlinkID to FSCM9.2 image 25 (fscm92pbr14), bounced the web server, and then the help finally worked.
