Is it possible to view voucher build error history for vouchers?

We would like to see an overview of voucher build errors for the past year or so, to see with which vendors we have the most voucher build errors, so we can try to minimize those.

Is it possible to see if a voucher (which is now posted) had a voucher build error (pre-edit or recycle)?

In Doc ID 1457422.1 "Voucher Build Error tables  and Voucher Build Error log tables in FSCM Rel 9.1?" I have found that: "Voucher Build Error messages are logged into following tables : PS_TSE_VCHR  (One Entry for every Voucher in error)" (etc.)

However, those TSE tables are temporary: "
