starting peopletools after vitual box PDK deployment

Hello. I deployed FSCM 9.2 on my laptop via the PDK deployment files via VirtualBox. I then ran setupPtclient.bat to get peopletools and change assistant on the laptop. I can log into PIA with no problem, but get error "ORA-12514 TNS listener does not currently know of service requested in connection description" when I try to start peopletools. I changed the tnsnames.ora file to reflect my host/service. I'm running the Pside.exe from the folder created in the setupPtclient.bat job.
