Customize workflow notification to include attachments and new actions

Hi,

We have a requirement where in it is been proposed to add attachments to workflow notifications in email and in OAF page notification. We also need to add new action buttons.

I would like to know if this can be done or not and if yes, how can we do it? Is it technically challenging customization and is allowed by Oracle or not?
